As a private practitioner and integrative wellness coach, Lalitha has a proven track record of guiding clients in areas such as weight loss, diabetes management, ethnic meal planning, and personalized nutrition. Lalitha’s career also includes valuable experiences as a consulting dietitian for Infinity Primary Care, where she collaborated with primary care physicians across multiple locations in Michigan. Additionally, she worked as a renal dietitian in private practice, focusing on dietary consultations for conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, adult weight management, renal disorders, CKD management, cholesterol management, and general wellness.
 
With a strong academic background, Lalitha has contributed to the field of nutrition and food science as an instructor and graduate teaching assistant at various institutions. She has taught courses on dietetic technology, clinical nutrition laboratory, introductory food science lab, and has served as an adjunct instructor in the Department of Nutrition and Dietetics.
 
Lalitha’s early career included working as a biochemist at Oxford Biomedical Research, Inc., further expanding her scientific knowledge and research capabilities. She holds a graduate degree in Nutrition and Food Science from Wayne State University, where she also served as a graduate teaching assistant and instructor.
