Joint surgeon focusing primarily on Shoulder, Knee and Hip problems including arthroscopic surgery and joint replacements. He is known as the first surgeon to perform Arthroscopic Latarjet procedure in South India, which is a complex bone transfer procedure for chronic shoulder dislocation with glenoid bone loss, done arthroscopically. He is also the first surgeon in India to perform a metal free method of the same procedure. He is known for his surgical and communications skills. One of the first surgeons to perform the advanced knee replacement system of Triathlon in Kerala . He has authored several peer reviewed publications in medical journals. Presented papers in many national and International conferences. Accredited by AO, Switzerland as a trainer for Orthopedic fracture management in various internationally reputed courses.
