Give Your Browser Permission to Access Your Camera and Microphone

Your browser will ask you for permission with a popup like this. Please confirm this so that your camera and microphone can be used during the Video Call.

Check That Your Webcam and Microphone Are Working

If your camera and microphone are working you should be able to see yourself below and also be able to check audio.

Ensure Your Internet Connectivity

You need a minimum of 350Kbps upstream and 350Kbps downstream to do a video call. On a desktop a minimum of 600Kbps is required.

Ensure That You Are Using a Compatible Browser

Desktop Web Browsers: Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox are the recommended browsers to use on both Windows and macOS. Microsoft Edge (Chromium-based version) and Safari (on macOS) are also supported. Preferably, use the recommended browsers. Ensure that the latest versions of the above browsers are used.

Mobile Browsers: On Android devices, Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox browsers are supported. On iOS devices, Safari browser is supported. Ensure that the latest versions of the above browsers are used.
